Somerset Planning and Engineering Services, LLC is a multi-disciplinary engineering and scientific consulting firm.

Established in May of 2003, we have an experienced staff of professionals with a wide array of capabilities. We provide services to clientele in the public municipal services sector, public and private land development, corporate development and growth and green energy development arenas. We specialize in practical, affordable solutions to difficult problems. We envision ourselves as partners with our clients. Our guiding principal is to treat each project with the level of concern that reflects our vision. In slightly more than three years of corporate existence, SP&ES has developed a client list of over 100 corporate, public and private concerns.

While relatively new as a corporation, our in-house staff has completed a wide array of projects on all types of land development (corporate, private and public), municipal utilities, and environmental remediation/improvement. Our experience ranges from large-scale wind power projects, to municipal sewer/water, to subdivision and site plans. We have complete capabilities to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), wetland delineations, and determinations for threatened or endangered flora and fauna, stormwater management plans, historical and archaeological studies. We have developed simplistic and sophisticated business plans and proformas for a variety of public and private concerns. The experience level of the core project team far surpasses the age of the company.
