Fred Brant - PE Senior Engineer Fred possesses over 16 years of professional experience in the civil, mining, and environmental engineering and construction fields. His experience includes sanitary sewer designs, stormwater management, collection and distribution systems, NPDES permitting, PennDOT highway occupancy design and permitting, dam and spillway design. His mining experience includes execution of pre-blast and pre-mining surveys, surface coal and non-coal mining permits. Additionally, Fred has performed all facets of land development and site planning tasks, including, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout surveys, site plan preparations including road layout and design, land use and grading plans, subdivision and land development plans. He has performed wetland delineation, demarcation and mitigation plans, and provided technical support to searches and mitigation plans for protection of threatened and endangered flora and fauna.
