John is a senior designer with over 27 years of experience
with site design. His experience includes preparation of
subdivision plans, site development plans, erosion and
sedimentation control plans, stormwater management plans,
preparation of highway occupancy plans, solid waste disposal
plans, surface coal mining plans, and municipal water and
wastewater designs for various land development and
municipal projects in southwestern Pennsylvania.
