Larry Philip - Engineering Designer Larry has over 21 years experience in the civil and mining engineering fields. His experience includes construction inspection, AutoCAD design, stormwater management plans, major and minor subdivision and land development planning, static and GPS surveying for boundary surveys, topographic surveys and GPS surveys for aerial mapping of large land tracts. Larry is proficient using AutoCAD software including Land Desktop, AutoCAD Civil and Softdesk. Larry is experienced in Labor and Industry/UCC submissions including compliance with fire safety and ADA requirements. His experience includes numerous land development plans including all facets of grading plans, road design and layout, stormwater management, planning, and highway occupancy permitting. lphilip@somersetengineering.com
