Sheila Knupp - Project Coordinator Sheila M. Knupp is a project coordinator with over 5 years of experience working with engineers on Land Development, Municipal, Civil and Environmental concerns. She has been intimately involved in a wide array of engineering projects that include public utilities, environmental compliance and remediation, large-scale earthwork, subdivision planning, wind energy, and construction of sanitary landfills. Sheila coordinates all permits and applications for submittal to local and federal agencies. She has performed Phase I ESA studies on parcels of land, property owner deed research and has assisted with project surveying.
