Tara Miller - Project Coordinator Tara J. Miller is a project coordinator with over 5 years of experience working with engineers on land development and civil concerns. She has worked with a wide array of engineering projects that included public utilities, environmental compliance, large-scale earthwork, wind energy and general construction.
