William J. Slifco, P.E., P.L.S.: - Engineering Designer Bill brings over 18 years of professional experience as a civil engineer and professional land surveyor to the table at Somerset Planning. His experience includes engineering and project management on municipal sewer/water design, landfill design and stakeout, storm water management plan design, AMD passive treatment design, site development, and mine planning, permit design and field layout. As a mine engineer, he was responsible for calculating coal tonnage and project planning to determine and maximize underground mine life. He has also performed individual property survey work that included deed research and intentions, field/office work and public relations. As a safety director he was responsible for the smooth interaction between company and government personnel regarding regulations. He also coordinated and conducted employee training programs (safety, electrical and first aid). bslifco@somersetengineering.com
